As we wrap up the S.o.S series in interesting form, Josh discusses the keys to making sure commitment never ceases in your relationship. As the culmination of all that the book teaches, commitment is an important step in maintaining the process and keeping your relationship strong. Join us tonight, and be sure to come back each Wednesday moving forward for more discussions!
As we see at the end of chapter 6, we see Solomon exhibit forgiveness in the midst of the conflict he was in. Forgiveness fuels the fire to the relationship and keeps it strong. This is important for our relationships as well. "I'm sorry" should be one of the top phrases in relationships and should never get old. We also see the attention that they give each other in chapter 7. This attention is able to keep the commitment to each other strong. Solomon paying attention and giving new, fresh compliments to his bride should challenge us all to do the same for our significant others! Words and time are played out in the final chapter, as we know their importance for these two in the book. These are the very things that we should not only give each other, but give to God as well. This is done through seclusion and prayer.
