Description

Evening snacking was a common barrier that came up in a recent Check In that I addressed in an IG post (see below) but felt there was much more to expand on. This is followed by a look into Binge Eating.



A massive caveat on this: I am not a psychologist. I am however a personal trainer, the nature of who's business is extremely invested in all aspects of their Client's wellbeing and this may or may not include binge eating. I have also had personal experience of this and will touch on that during the podcast.
