Description

When a relationship is considered to be "unhealthy" the misunderstanding is that once you depart:

When in fact the emotions and thoughts can become more intense.  You can also find yourself feeling sorry for them which creates a since of guilt for leaving because when you're in dynamics such as these, you may actually feel responsible for their unhealthy behaviors.

It's one thing to exit out of a unhealthy relationship but what does a person need to do "on purpose" to overcome the feeling of guilt and responsibility over someone else's behaviors that is outside of their control.

On this week's podcast,  join me as I talk why you're experiencing a level of guilt as well as four things you need to do to start moving on intelligently.
