Don't Eat Less, Eat Right! In this episode, get to know more about how eating can affect your mental health. Some studies have shown us that there is a correlation between the food we eat and mental health. A study from The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in January 2014, written by Harvard Edu, shows that people who eat traditional diets (doesn’t involve processed foods that are stripped of flavor, nutrients, and calories) have a 35% less depression rate. In this episode, our partner, Ajeng Rindang @ajengrkinas from Support Center Jakarta, shared her eating disorder recovery experience that led her to be mindful of what she eats. In addition, we also invited Tegar Masloman @egar.putra from MAP Retail Academy who has an educational background in Nutritional Sciences at University of Indonesia. To all partners out there, don't eat less but eat right! Mindful eating is about awareness.! 🍽️✨
