This year, Starbucks is approaching its 50th anniversary since opening its first store in the Pike Place Market, Seattle. To celebrate the 50th anniversary, there will be many championships that partners (employees) can participate in. The Coffee & Partners Engagement (CPE) team in Indonesia will launch some virtual championships in the upcoming months. In this episode, we specially invited @mirzaluqman , Division Manager of Coffee & Partner Engagement who is also known as a Q-Grader in Indonesia and has a wide experience of becoming a judge in many competitions, that will share his knowledge and some tips to prepare partners (employees) to be ready for the competitions. You will also hear from @wisnuputro , a nine-year partner who was also the 2016 Western Indonesian Cup Taster Champion and the second runner-up of the 2013 Starbucks Coffee Ambassador, which will enrich partners (employees) with his championship experience.
