During this dynamic situation, we are adapting and applying the 'new normal' standard to welcome everyone back to our store, starting June 2020. In this episode, we invite a partner (Starbucks employee), Resti, whose store is still operating since Jakarta and many other cities in Indonesia impose large-scale social restrictions. One of our customers also gets the opportunity to share her new experience when dining at our store with the new safety and health protocols. Though a lot of adjustments have to be made, the warmth of Starbucks will always stay the same.
