There are many things to improve ourselves and one of them is to practice a 'mindful living’. But, what does ‘mindful living’ mean? In this episode, we invite Raden Prisya, a Mindful Living & Parenting Practitioner, who will help us understand how to take care of ourselves and appreciate little things.
