As customers are increasingly looking for new ways to incorporate more meatless choices into their diet, Starbucks introduces new plant-based foods in Indonesia to answer the customers’ needs. Furthermore, many young people nowadays show more concerns towards their wellness, as well as environmental and sustainability issue. In this episode, we had the opportunity to hear from Chef Max Mandias, green chef and co-founder of Green Butcher by Burgreens, about his passion and knowledge for this alternative diet.
