Some men do not believe that therapy works, some believe that showing emotions will make them weak, and some believe that there is no point in asking for help because they are strong. Therapy is "also called psychotherapy or counseling, is the process of meeting with a therapist to resolve problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, relationship issues, and/or somatic responses (sensations in the body)."
