We are kicking off season 3 with the inspiring Ben West, a young entrepreneur determined to improve mental health support of individuals.
After losing his younger brother to suicide in 2018, Ben decided to use his story and experience to create change. He spearheaded a campaign to improve training of teachers which was backed by the Prime Minister and now works in partnership with LinkedIn to improve workplace mental health support. Today we talk about Ben's story, mental health, its importance and essential support elements.
