Affirmations are important for mental health because it helps you focus on what's positive in your life. In this episode I give the definition what an affirmation is, what they do, when and how to do them and a few examples to try out.
I also give my own suggestions on how to start out if you decided to participate and give you my list of affirmation I use from time to time :)
