Spooky season continues, and this week we touch on the story behind a classic horror tale: Frankenstein; or the Modern Prometheus, by Mary Shelley. Seen as the first scientific fiction story, Meg goes into the possible influences behind the tale including Germany’s Frankenstein castle and the writings of Mary Shelley’s mother- Mary Wollstonecraft.
