I finally feel like I am making a strides in keeping a work out schedule going after a few weeks of being off course. Thankfully my meditation habits and therapy sessions are back to normal as well. This feels like a lot of commitment at times, but I realize it's just a feeling. I am much happier working harder to keep these commitments then I am not having them in my life. One of my favorite quotes I read in "Meditations" by Marcus Aurelios*, Book V, 1 is "In the morning when thou risest unwillingly, let this thought be present - I am rising to the work of a human being. Why then am I dissatisfied if I am going to do the things for which I exist and for which I was brought into the world? Or have I been made for this, to lie in the bedclothes and keep myself warm?".

This week I interview Justin Hoff, very funny guy that uses psilocybin in small doses to regulate his life. We talk about the change that he experience in the past few months as well as how life was like as he was entering adulthood after losing his father. This was a very intense conversation about healing with psilocybin. Thank you to everyone that has subscribed and keeps sharing with people looking to Get Healthy.
