In this yoga nidra meditation, you will be guided through a "Breath Holding" practice, where you will gently hold the breath for a few moments, creating space for tension and stress to safely be moved through the body.

Experience this ancient practice, listen as often as you like (I encourage four sessions each week, but even once a week is highly profound & restorative).
