I hear people tell me all the time that they wish there were more hours in the day and that they don’t have time to do exercise, walk, meal prep or do the things they know they should be doing to help them live a happier and healthier life.

I’m empathetic to this though and understand that we’re all at different stages in our lives and if you’re a single parent who’s trying to work and take care of your kids at the same time, that time is a VERY precious commodity.
