I’m likely going to put myself out of a job by creating this podcast, but I’m of the firm belief that educating people to do things on their own is a VERY good idea and will create trust in the service I deliver as well as help people take control of their own health and performance.
I’ve been designing and implementing strength training, rehabilitation and performance based programs for over 15 years and while I’m of the opinion that you can always improve, I can confidently say that I'm VERY good at my job.
I’ve likely created in excess of 10,000 programs and there is no doubt that anyone who has repeated something 10,000 times will be proficient and effective at what they do.
