Far too many people focus their attention on exercises in their training that take up a lot of time and do very little for their overall performance or ability to make big progress on the areas that you want to be making progress in.

No more so than the core and in this week's podcast I debunk a few myths and then go into detail on why you should stop training your core.

Not wanting to be a negative ninny, I then go into what I have my clients include in their exercise programs and why these inclusions are a far better use of your time as well as detailing how they train your core in a far more useful way than the standard and most commonly used "crunch".
