The fitness industry and in particular those who talk about fat loss, LOVE to be extreme in the way they pitch their ideas as this is what sells more books and programs and is what helps drive more followers to their social media pages.
When it comes to the amount of calories you should be eating to help achieve your specific fat loss goals, I have seen MANY pages promote the idea that 1200 calories is where you need to be at and on the opposite side, I have seen people say that this is FAR too little and will put your body into “starvation mode”
So… What’s the answer then?
