What Is clubhouse?  It’s an interactive podcast where many industry experts and motivated stylists are hanging out.  Its available for apple phone users only at the moment

How to use it-

Creating an account- Download the app. Create a name, use the same picture that you do on most of your platforms, create a bio, use the first few lines to write your specialty, then dive into your passion/purpose or mission.  If you are creating rooms list the rooms your are in, topic and the times and / or dates.

You want to keep it consistent as much as possible so that you can gain a following

If you have any rooms that you have rules for list them there such as no self promotions, mute your mic when you come on stage, only come on stage once and any other rules that you want in place

If you have any products or services or classes  coming up put them in this area as well

This Real-estate is gold so use it to your advantage

Link your twitter and IG handle so people can find you there too.

If you are a part of any club rooms or created one yourself it will show up on the bottom too

Scheduling a room- Create an attracting room topic and name to captivate your potential audience and students.  You are the monerator and you can invite others to your room to help assist with controlling the room

1. Promoting your room- IG, facebook, email are all ways to promote your room.
2. How to get visible- Join other rooms, participate
3. Add Value\
4. Ask questions
5. Get engagement
6. respect to those that ask questions

Joining a room:

1. Listen/ take notes
2. Raise hand
3. Unmute your mic and when to mute your mic
4. Introducing yourself- elevator pitch
5. Ask A question
6. Have etiquette and respect for the moderators  and respect to those that ask questions
7. Some people will jump on stage to self promote their products, services and classes.  Don’t be afraid to tell them what is appropriate and move them back to stage.  Sometimes people need to be called out.

When hosting a room- Gather up information on your  topics, tips, strategies

1. Introduce room
2. Give a few hot tips then invite people to speak on stage
3. When you invite them on stage click the mic to bring them up, click on their name to read their bio if they have one
4. Ask them what their question is or if they have value to add to the room
