Welcome to the Healing on Empty Podcast Episode 1:  This episode prepares you for what is to come with Healing on Empty, by me, Christina which I go by C. Elisabetta. We will talk about food, yoga, have guest interviews and talk personal experience.  In coaching and healing the first step is to have a good journal and understanding behind why a journal is important to your healing journey. The journal can be a food journal, daily planner type of journal, a recipe journal, a therapy journal, a poetry journal, or your personal diary type of journal.  The journal acronym is:  J= Judgement free O= Observation U= Understanding R= Revelation N= Needs for self A= Awareness L= Life Quick summary and circling it all back to the 8 factors of the Holistic Wellness Wheel: emotional mental professional  social physical financial nutritional spiritual Always remember in life to better you, your self, and your body, "Stay in YOUR Hula Hoop." ... and don't forget to act on the sprinkles of life that are love, kindness, giving, hope and service to others.  **Correction to Podcast, the chips I eat are chia (CHEE-ah) seeds and flax seeds**
