This week I had on Grant Benzel who many of you will probably know better as Memes4Throwers
It was actually very random how the interview came about but I could not be happier with having talked to Grant
He was a shot and disc thrower himself who ultimately stopped throwing early in his college career to transition into the coaching realm
So despite not throwing javelin himself, he has worked with many javelin throwers and his page is a focal point of the throws community
He was hilarious, genuine, and just overall awesome to have on.
I appreciate him keeping us all laughing during these tough times!
