Javelin World was by far the #1 javelin page on Instagram with over 40k+ followers. It is pages like that which have inspired my work for the podcast
However, it was ultimately deleted by Instagram after allegedly infringing on copyright issues similar to what happened when I posted the Vetter video
The page is, or was I guess, run by Kyler Osborne who is a former Division 1 thrower at Boise State and UConn
Kyler’s passion for the javelin is clear throughout this interview so it’s really sad to hear that a company who will not be named, in writing at least, got his page deleted
We unpack his future plans for Javelin World, why he loves javelin so much, as well as life after javelin
If he brings the page back officially I will be SURE to promote it. I think I speak for the entire javelin community in thanking him for the work he had done with the page over the years
