The two catch up on careers and applaud each other for all of their accomplishments at such a young age (kinda). Jeff and Lydia talk Kansas City Royals and why KC fans need to be excited for the next several years. Lydia gives out her NHL picks and Jeff talks about his new found hatred for Boston sports. The NFL is set to return in just a few weeks and finally episode 31 is wrapped up with a Q&A session featuring Jeff on the hot seat.
