It’s important to invest time in developing a habit that helps your mental health, which also benefits your body. After all, mental health and physical fitness are connected. Our hosts, Jenn and Firas, tried two mental health exercises - Yoga with Kassandra and Raising Frequencies. Yoga with Kassandra is a 30-day yoga program, wherein you do a 10-minute yoga session every single morning for 30 days. Raising Frequencies is all about creating your own heaven on earth with four steps - move, learn, grow, and create.
