In times like these, it doesn’t take much for an organization to get off track. I know right now #innovation is at the forefront of all of our minds, but it should not be the only thing in this VUCA world we are living in. Businesses can easily become distracted by opportunities that are wolves in sheep‘s clothing. Everyone has the answer for you right now. I encourage you to double down on your strengths! You may not feel like it but most people are sitting on their own diamond mines.
