Today's episode is about the importance of diversity. It’s so easy for us to stay in our comfort zone, but ultimately I’ve found that that line of thinking will never allow me to grow as an individual. It’s no secret that as a society we are becoming more and more tribal in our friendships, in our relationships. We stick to a circle that reinforces our beliefs and makes us feel good. We all do this. Ultimately though…is that a good thing? I’m reminded of the great Oscar Wilde quote “Be yourself. Everyone else is taken.” Bringing together different types of thinkers creates better results.
