Today’s lesson is built on Tim & Brian Kights E+R=O philosophy, what I feel is Life's Equation for Success. I first heard of the concept when I read Urban Meyer’s book “Above the Line”…I was instantly drawn to this simple yet impactful approach. This methodology is now being taught in classrooms, corporations and on athletic fields throughout the country. My hope is that I’m getting ready to introduce you to Life’s Equation for Success. You see It’s never been more important, or more valuable, to cut through the noise of complexity and secure yourself on a foundation of reliable simplicity. Ask yourself this…Do I even consider my responses to events or am I simply running on autopilot most of the time? Responses should be intentional, purposeful and skillful. Not impulsive and resistant. Life is a constant flow of events and it’s important to understand that success is not determined by the situations you experience. Success is determined by how you choose to manage your response.
