What’s up everyone...Welcome to Monday Morning Mastery powered by The NEXT Academy - leadership built for contractors. I love the aspect of #marketing. Creating a #brand. In today’s lesson I’m asking you to take a closer look at your marketing strategy. Over my years in the construction industry, I’ve learned that very few contracting firms have marketing departments and even fewer have a strategy with regard to building their brand. I'm hoping I can prove today that it’s important to be thoughtful with your marketing approach specifically in a time period where people are inundated with high volume content.

I use a story titled "Maybe It's The Donkey?" that I heard a while back from Gino Wickman who is one of the author’s we pull from at The NEXT Academy to help solidify this message...it's awesome and so TRUE!

Ask yourself this…Do I have a marketing strategy for my construction firm or association? Do I have the personnel in place to execute it? I encourage you to first understand the complexities of the the platforms that control business awareness in today’s world. This is tailored, niche analysis that done correctly will catapult your business.
