Groin injuries are a very common lower limb musculoskeletal injury that can plague athletes in all sports.
Commonly suffered in, but not isolated to field sports, the most commonly injured muscle is the adductor longus.
This can cause symptoms of groin pain, tightness and weakness.
During this week’s episode I discuss popular exercises used to address groin injury, which can hopefully help reduce injuries from becoming a nagging recurrrence.
