Does 21 days of doing something really make a habit stick? The answer is...sometimes. Whether it be eating, exercise, learning, quitting bad habits, etc., any change will take time to become a habit. The size and scope of change might create a habit within a couple of weeks, while larger life changes can take months to become habits. Keep pressing on.
