LFMK was created as a a personal goal to create a podcast, share a few life lessons for my kids and others to listen to, as well as be a reminder how life needs to be lived. We tend to get caught up in ruts and see negatives. The idea was to take lessons learned throughout this journey of life and use those lessons to show there is hope in the world, a glimmer of light. There are reminders throughout the episodes how little changes can make a difference to you, your soul, as well as to others. Make the best life you possibly can. Go for your goals and dreams. Your life should not be dictated by others. You are unique and diverse. Embrace it, cherish it, and run with it. In the end you will have few regrets. To my kids, I love you.
