This week, we're talking about how to escape negativity spirals. It's easy for us (and the kids) to get on a spiral straight south… to take the day to a bad space in a hurry. The faster we notice, the faster we can get out. Negativity is so contagious.
The good news, once we jump out of there? Positivity is also contagious! And awesome things are possible when we raise our vibe. Amazing things can occur.
