Your headspace & expectations are everything.

Why?

Because the mental game is the game.

If your head isn’t in something it throws everything off so that’s why we’re starting here & what you should expect.

Because the reality is we can suffer or go through stuff better if we are expecting it.

If you’re EXPECTING to be at your ‘goal weight’ in 6 weeks  but  in reality it’s going to take 9 - 12 months of work, I’d be pissed too.

Here’s some things you can actually expect when getting into the wonderful world of fat loss.

  1. You’ll lose motivation

  2. The grass will seem greener

  3. You’ll think you aren’t making profess

  4. You’ll fall off your diet

  5. You’ll get bored

  6. It’s going to take you way longer to get to your goals

  7. You’ll think about quitting

Now that you know those things are going to come up you can plan accordingly not to give in when they do!

It’s something in my coaching that we have to  address all of the time and I can not stress enough that this journey is not a fast one! Leave that expectation at the door and you will head into this with a winning mindset.

Keep your head game in check & things will go so much smoother.
