Start doing these 5 things to create more structure in your day so you can finally have the time smash your goals.⁣

How often do you get to the end of the day feeling like you were so busy but don’t have much to show for it? You’re exhausted but none of it really moved you forward.⁣ let alone had time for YOU.

I feel ya, this use to be me.

I know how frustrating it is to feel that there’s that highest version of yourself wanting to come out, but like you don’t have the time or energy to make it happen. ⁣

Especially not after giving to everyone else around you.

structure leads to freedom. it's what allows you to take back control of your day so you can feel less stressed, more focused, and able to prioritize what’s most important.  ⁣

☑️Your body loves consistency. Going to bed and waking up at around the same time helps the quality of your sleep so you can feel ready to slay the day. Having a morning routine will set your day off with intention and creates momentum. A night routine will help you wind down so you can fall asleep.

☑️If you struggle staying consistent with your movement , nutrition, and self care, schedule it  just like you would an important appointment. Show up for yourself.

☑️Ditch overwhelm by creating a list of go to meals you can repeat throughout the week. Fuck order hello fresh or something 🤣Having the same breakfast or lunch every day will free up time and mental space, Make it quick to prepare.

☑️Write out your to do list the night before so you can go into the next organised.

Do anything to make your morning have one less thing to stress about.

☑️Create frameworks around rituals you do most often. If you lift weights, follow a program so you’re not trying to think of a new workout every time.

If you journal, stick to a structure and the same prompts.
