If it's one thing I could teach its CONSISTENCY, this is such a biggy for you not getting or maintaining the results you're after. I see it way to much clients make amazing changes but stop during times like christmas, holidays, birthdays or even just stressful times in life... then revert back to old behaviours

I go over Consistency with nutrition, movement, routines and rituals.

The Key here is to learn to pivot and adjust to your environment and ALWAYS prioritize YOU.
