we crave for many reasons, one being not eating enough balanced meals during the day, another being hormonal and one being HABITS 

so here is a simple action you can take from here on in to take charge!!



It’s have a fun exercise ...

CREATE A CARTOON MONSTER!!!



This monster is the one who doesn't want to work out, wants to eat a whole block of chocolate and binges netflix even when she knows she should be sleeping.



I want you to draw it.

It should be a MONSTER.

This monster is trying to destruct you.

It's trying to KILL you, your goals and your progress.



Mine is called the BITCHLIPS. 

And whenever the BITCHLIPS wants me to have binge eat chocolate or skip my training session , I tell the BITCH go back in it's cage.



The BITCH is your reptilian brain. It's the oldest part of your brain and is responsible for all cravings, impulses and things that don't align with your goals.



The thing with the reptilian brain is it CAN'T take action. Only your highest brain can.

So.... I want you to make a VERY CLEAR distinction: YOU ARE NOT THE MONSTER. 

THE BITCH IS JUST NEUROLOGICAL JUNK from the OLDEST part of your brain.

That's it.

It's not you. OR who you truly are. 

Treat your Monster like it's trying to steal your kid or fav pet. 

What does your monster look like? Smell like? Sound like?

YOU ARE NOT YOUR MONSTER!! 

Stop telling yourself you are. Stop creating evidence that you are. Start acting differently. 

Put your monster in it's cage and never binge again.

Then make a sticky note and remind yourself anytime you catch it trying to convince you.

It's a sneaky lil fucker. But YOU are in control of it. Put it in it's cage.



You are NOT your Monster. 

We all have one, but it's not who WE are.



You can have one wine, you can walk instead of scroll, you can have two pieces of chocolate instead of the whole block. 

You can Eat like an adult not like an asshole. 

It just new stories to start telling yourself, no more restrictions and no no more telling yourself lies. Create a new story. 



Now. Using your MONSTER, we tell our kids they have had enough, lead. By. Example.
