HERE is a  super quick riff on nutrition simplified 

It doesn't need to be complicated and with clients of course we work a lot deeper on education but this takes away a lot of the shit floating around out there at least

The reality is at the end of the day *most* of what you’ve learned about food, nutrition, & dieting is wrong or slightly tainted.

I’m sure your sis, hairdresser, friend, neighbour whos daughter  lost heaps  of weight have great intentions but the  majority of the trendy info floating around isn’t right at all.

And to be honest you really shouldn't be taking any advice from someone not qualified or experienced to give it!

Here’s the truth about nutrition simplified:

That’s fat loss nutrition that’ll give you every result you could ever ask for.
