For today’s Gratitude Challenge, I’m asking you to talk to someone today that you love and tell them that. Sometimes it can be easy to go through the motions with the busyness of life and forget to say those words, but don’t make that mistake today. We aren’t guaranteed another day in this world, so be honest, tell people how you feel, and make sure they know that.

If you can, tell the person face-to-face, use FaceTime if you’re apart from each other, or write a handwritten letter and mail it to that person. Don’t let today pass by.

After all, love matters the most.
