I love Christmas, there’s no question about that. It’s always been a special time for my family and I look forward to it every year. However, I have to say that the buildup for Christmas this year has been different. I haven’t stepped into a store and bought anything yet. I haven’t thought of any plans for the break that I will have. I really don’t know what this Christmas holds, but I know what I want it to hold. I’m just looking forward to spending time being with people I love and that love me.

The excitement of opening gifts on Christmas morning has changed to me dreaming of the excitement my future kids will have doing that same thing in the presence of their family. I’m excited to teach them the real meaning of the season and that’s it’s so much more than the gifts.
