Last week, we started reading the first chapter of “Make Your Bed” with the point of thinking about little things that we can do that make a big difference in our lives and maybe even the world. Each week I challenge you to read a chapter and start implementing the changes into your life.

I enjoyed reading the first chapter because it gave me a background of who the author is. William H. McRaven is a retired Admiral in the US Navy, who has lived an amazing life and this book was inspired by the people he has met and experiences he has had. Needless to say he has been very successful and wants to share some of his tips to help people achieve MORE, no matter what comes their way in life.
