Reflect - In this episode, we talk about taking time to reflect. Sometimes moving slower is better. It is so easy to get caught up in the race called “life” and in order to reflect upon how far you’ve come, you have to slow down and take a breath. A few weeks ago, I was able to go on a hike with my family. If I had gone by myself, I would have been too focused on the training goals of my run and because we were hiking, it forced me to slow down. I was able to run ahead and just sit, listen, and reflect for awhile. When was the last time you spent time reflecting on how far you’ve come?
