Moving through Chapter 7 of the book “Make Your Bed” for our Greatness Everyday book study. This week’s chapter was titled “Stand Up to the Bullies” and there was a lot of good advice within in talking about bullies all being the same. The stereotypical “bully” is found in schools, but I think we need to remember that isn’t the only place they exist. They can exist in our workplaces, in politics, waiting in line at an amusement park and in many other places. They wait to see someone they can pounce on and intimidate them. Whether you experience them personally, or you witness someone experiencing them, today, I encourage you to stand up to the bullies that are in your life. Have the courage to do that.
