So whether it’s sales, contracts, or business development she’s always hard at work.
Pearl knows the importance of building a home and becoming a home owner but more importantly, on keeping her clients well informed. The reason she keeps clients well informed is so that they may make an informed decisions based on facts. Her passion is helping clients build the dream home they've always wanted or simply helping a client become a homeowner when they didn't think it was possible. Pearl has learned to roll with the punches in this business. She has had some very satisfied customers and that will always be rewarding but on that same token she has also had some dissatisfied customers but she doesn't let that bring her down. She investigates why they are dissatisfied and she learns and grows from it. Then she applies what she learns from these experience with a positive attitude at work to be able to have a successful outcome the next time around.
