Coaches, Mentors, Parents, Teachers, Friends, Siblings, Husbands, Wives....no matter what your relationship is to the person, understand you are still the SUB in God's Classroom. You are being sent by him to fill in by voice and direction to help guide the person(s). You can't be responsible for their change or lack there of and when it's all over, God has to take back over and deal with the ones that didn't do as the SUB said while they were there.
