We are talking about the role, responsibility, and ethics of a developer, lifelong learning in a fast-paced tech environment, the community of open-source sharing, the cost of scalability, and the state of Artificial Intelligence.

About the interviewees:
Rasmus Reiler is an entrepreneurial minded software developer and certified pasta expert that's always looking for new ways to expand his horizon with new skills.

Simon Kristensen is a software engineer who strives for a strong collaboration with anyone he works with. He puts aside ego and focuses on a result-driven process, as well as a work environment that constantly allows the growth of skills and capabilities.
Stefan Schonert is the co-founder and CTO of Statum, a digital recruitment agency specializing in scale-ups.
