About Yancey Strickler:
Yancey is the co-founder of Kickstarter and author of ’This could be our future’. Yancey is currently on a mission to end financial maximization as the dominant force, and as the dominant value that guides our decisions and actions by 2050. In this interview, we discuss the expansion of our current set of values so that we start making decisions for long term sustainability, for reasons of community needs, for reasons of fairness. Yancey strongly believes that we have the ability to affect the largest possible things, that the deepest possible assumptions of society are changeable by us.
