Sergio is a dynamic leader, Speaker, and Executive Coach with over twenty years of domestic and international business leadership experience. He is a former Student Body President as well as former President of the State Council of Student Body Presidents. His passion for coaching individuals and teams to maximize their potential has led him to break numerous national and international sales records while working at Caterpillar for over 14 years. He spent over 10 years living and working overseas in Geneva, Switzerland, Rome, Italy, and Panama City, Panama.
After Caterpillar, Sergio served as the Executive Director of Development for Florida International University’s College of Business, as well as the Executive Director of The Pacific Institute. He is currently CEO of Progress Partners Consulting, a boutique firm specializing in optimizing individual and team performance.
