Today in the GRIND seat is a former point guard star turned Educator, "Coach" Chelsea Johnson-Muir. In this conversation, we discuss Chelsea's basketball career, her testimony, and her passion for servant leadership.
Chelsea F. Johnson-Muir is an Educator and the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Amos P. Godby High school in Tallahassee, Florida. She is a 2005 Alumna of Amos P. Godby High School, which is what drives her to young people. Through education, Chelsea was awarded the 2017 Distinguished Educator of the Year and was named one of the Top Educators of America, 2019-2020 by The Who's Who Directories.
As an HBCU graduate of Livingstone College, Chelsea was a Four-Year Letter winner and Point Guard for the Lady Blue Bears Women's Basketball Team. She graduated with honors and reigned as Miss Livingstone College 2008-2009.
