Marquez Hughley is a U.S. Army veteran turned leadership expert and global thought leader. He has 20+ years of experience in ministry and leadership development. He currently serves as a part-time staff member at Citylife church in Tampa, Florida. Marquez is also an author, Christian minister, inspirational speaker, life coach, leadership consultant, World Civility Ambassador, and Founder of Crown Life Enterprises, LLC. Marquez Hughley has 3 degrees: B.A. in Finance (Cum Laude - Morehouse College), B.A. in Biblical Studies and Theology (Summa Cum Laude – Speak The Word School of Ministry), and a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry (High Honors - Oral Roberts University, Class of 2021). He is married to Erica Hughley (MCM cohort - ORU class of 2022). They reside in the Tampa, Florida area.
