Zero and The Wiz RECOMMEND Rear Window

I think a lot of you will not be surprised that Zero and The Wiz love Rear Window.

Both of the guys love James Stewart and Grace Kelly, whereas Zero likes Stewart's affable, crazed performance while Wiz was seriously impressed by Kelly's embodiment of L.B.'s "so perfect she's too perfect" girlfriend.

But honestly, the one thing that should be praised more than anything is Alfred Hitchcock's direction.

There are many things in this film that benefited from his direction from how the setting itself is expressed to the timing of how the scenes are shot.

But honestly, it's the mix of genres being melded together so perfectly that nothing feels wasted nor do they feel underrepresented. It's paced so well that the film just melds into two hours of entertaining stories while telling one whole.

Rear Window is one of those few films that are called consistently "one of the greatest films of all time" and actually earns that moniker.
